Today's luxury caravan's enjoy all the comforts of home. Most model's are available with a choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms, all have shower rooms with hand basin and wc, well equipped fitted kitchens with full size cookers and space for a fridge and microwave oven. Many models now include a built in fridge/freezer.

When a vacant pitch becomes available it can be reserved with a deposit of £2,000.00. This sum will be deducted from your final account.
When you have reserved a pitch you may choose a caravan of a suitable size for that pitch. Caravans may be viewed at either of Salop Leisure depots, ie. at Shrewsbury or Machynlleth, or at one of several annual shows. Will be pleased to offer any assistance and advice you may need to help you choose the right caravan.
Once you have made your choice and we have been informed, we will place the order on your behalf. It will be necessary for a further deposit to be paid at this time equal to 10% of the value of the caravan. This sum will also be deducted from the final account.
When the caravan is ready for delivery, we will arrange for transportation to the park, and all necessary siting and connecting work will be carried out in accordance with the specification provided.
Your new caravan may be viewed within approximately 4 days of its arrival on the park, and the balance of your account will be due for payment at this time. Suitable insurance cover will also need to be purchased at this time.
You will be notified when sufficient work has been completed regarding siting and connecting to allow you to begin using your caravan.
