Originally the farm dairy, Ty Llaeth is all at ground floor level, and provides cosy accommodation for two persons.

The accommodation comprises an open plan living area with comfortably furnished lounge, fully equipped fitted kitchen, and dining area. The cottage has remote controlled colour TV, Dvd player, and CD/radio.

The bedroom has two 3' single beds, which can be joined to make a large double on request. An en-suite shower room is adjacent to the bedroom.

Ty Llaeth has individually controlled electric heating.

To the front of the cottage is an enclosed patio with table and chairs. Parking for one vehicle is just beyond the garden gate.
