Cottages
For those who enjoy the freedom of a self-catering holiday we offer three charming cottages which are available for hire throughout the year.
Converted from original farm buildings, the cottages are tastefully furnished and fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Bed linen, towels/tea towels, and electricity are all included in the cost of your holiday. Beds are made up ready for you and a complimentary tea tray awaits your arrival.
The cottages are all NON SMOKING.
Additional facilities available to Cottage guests include -
Laundry room, Tourist information, freezers, Dog exercise field, and book/jigsaw exchange.
Dogs are welcome in the cottages (maximum of 2), but are not permitted on the furniture or allowed off a lead outside the cottage gardens or the designated exercise area.
Cottages can be reserved with a deposit of £100.00 per week. The balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We recommend that guests take out holiday cancellation insurance, as deposits are non-refundable, and balance payments can not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Cottage Rental Terms and Conditions
Duration of Bookings - The self catering cottages are let on a weekly basis - Saturday to Saturday for Bwthyn y Gwas and Ty Llaeth, Friday to Friday for Ysgubor. The cottages are available from 2pm on the first day of your booking and must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of your departure.
Deposits - A deposit of £100.00 is required when when making a cottage reservation. The balance payment for your holiday is due for payment four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. In the event of a cancellation deposits and balances are non-refundable. We recommend that you effect your own cancellation insurance.
Short breaks - Short breaks are available from October to March. The cost of part week/short breaks should be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Linen - All bedlinen is provided, also 2 tea towels, dishcloth, shower mat and one hand towel and one bath towel per person.
Electricity - The cost of electricity is included in the cost of your holiday. Central heating in Ysgubor and Bwthyn y Gwas is included in colder months.
Number of Occupants - No accommodation may be occupied by more than the maximum stated against each cottage.
Care of Accommodation - The tenant agrees to leave the cottage and surroundings in a clean and tidy condition.
Smoking - The cottages are strictly NON SMOKING.
Pets - Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the cottage gardens, and must not be allowed on the furniture. We do not accept cats. Dogs must not be left in the cottages unattended.
Breakages - Please report any damage or breakages to furnishings or equipment. We will charge for replacements at cost,
