Siting your new Holiday Caravan

At Pant Y Neuadd Caravan Park we will always make sure that your new caravan is not only set within beautiful surroundings, but is also properly installed, connected to services, includes a properly laid path and patio and is ready for you to use.

The cost of siting a new caravan is £2,200.00. This amount is payable when the caravan is delivered to the park. The siting charge is inclusive of the following:

• Raising and levelling the caravan using concrete blocks and/or galvanised axle stands.
• Securing the caravan to ground anchors.
• Connection to mains water supply, waste and sewage outlets.
• Connection of 240v electricity supply via a suitable meter unit and test.
• Supply and fitting of 2 propane gas cylinders (47kg), automatic changeover valve and regulator, and test.
• Supply and fitting of digital TV aerial.
• Fitting of treated wooden skirting to caravan base.
• Supply and lay a pathway along the length of the caravan together with a patio area.
• Supply one set of suitable Tredmaster steps .

Wooden decking is available as an optional extra. We will be pleased to obtain a quotation on request.
