Caravan Annual Charges and Dates

Park Fees 2012
£1,899.00 inclusive of rates, water rates, refuse collection and VAT.
Park fees are payable by the 20th January.
Caravan Park Opening Dates
The park opens on the 1st March and closes on the first Sunday in December.
Electricity
Electricity consumed as given by your meter reading will be charged at the prevailing cost per unit, in accordance with the tariff supplied by Manweb. The account is due for payment by the 15th November.
Calor Gas
Bottled propane gas to supply your caravan must be purchased through the park office.
Insurance
All caravans must have comprehensive 'new for old' cover. We advise owners to take advantage of the park's recommended policy.
